およそ41種類のマンゴーが採れると知られているインドで、「キング・オブ・マンゴー」
「マンゴーの王様」と言われているのがこのアルフォンソマンゴーです。
インドでも特に良い品質を誇るアラビア海に向いたラトナギリ地方で
たっぷりの潮風と太陽を浴びて育ったマンゴーだけを使いました。

インドのマンゴーショーで何度も優勝した実績のある「デサイ氏の農園のVijayブランド」です。
一般には１エーカー（約4000㎡）に100本のマンゴー樹を栽培しますが、Vijayブランドのマンゴーのデサイ農園では
最高級のマンゴーを収穫する為に45本しか栽培しません。
この植え方により樹と樹に隙間があり風通しがよく果実一つ一つに太陽の光がたっぷり注がれるので
栄養のある甘くて美味しいマンゴーができます。

果樹園の周囲は石垣を組み、落花した葉や果実を再びその中の土に還元します。
そしてモンスーンによる激しい雨で養分の有機物が流出してしまわないように工夫してあります。

We use only Alphonso mangoes harvested at DESAI (Vijay) farm in Ratnagiri region, India and its partner farms.

The texture is a pulp that is ground through a coarser mesh than puree.It has a pulpier texture than puree, and offers a premium taste.
It is ideal for mango pudding and mango juice etc.

Alphonso mangoes are known as the "King of Mangoes" in India, where about 41 varieties of mangoes are known to be harvested.
We use only mangoes grown in the Ratnagiri region facing the Arabian Sea, which boasts the best quality in India, and exposed to plenty of sea breeze and sun.

"Vijay" is a proven brand that has won several Indian mango shows.
Generally, 100 mango trees are grown per acre (about 4000 m2), but Desai's farm of Vijay brand mangoes grows only 45 trees to produce the highest quality mangoes.
This planting method allows for airy spaces between the trees and allows each fruit to receive plenty of sunlight, resulting in nutritious, sweet, and delicious mangoes.

Stone walls are built around the mango trees to return the fallen leaves and fruit back to the soil within them.
And they are designed to prevent nutrient organic matter from being washed away by heavy monsoon rain
